O.C. Tanner develops employee recognition and rewards programs that help companies appreciate people who do good work. For their rebranding, The Design Farm was tasked with creating internal marketing materials focusing on the concept of "appreciatology". Teaming up with writer Todd Scurr, I created an infographic highlighting "The Appreciation Gene" that the company helps to turn on in others.
